Get ready to run, walk and finish on Center Ice at Nationwide Arena!

The 12th Annual 5th Line 5K Presented by OhioHealth returns to downtown Columbus on Sunday, Feb. 14, 2027, bringing more than 4,000 runners and walkers together to celebrate fitness, hockey and the Columbus Blue Jackets.

The 3.1-mile course starts outside Nationwide Arena, takes participants through downtown Columbus and the Arena District, then brings them inside the arena for an unforgettable finish on center ice.

EVERY REGISTRATION INCLUDES TWO BLUE JACKETS TICKETS

Every 5th Line 5K registration includes a redemption code for two (2) tickets to a select Columbus Blue Jackets game during the 2026-27 season.

And you don't have to wait until race day to get your tickets!

Within 10 days of registering, you will receive an email from the Columbus Blue Jackets with your unique redemption code and instructions for selecting and redeeming your two game tickets.

Please note: M3S Sports has a NO REFUND policy for all events. BIB TRANSFERS are allowed and $15 each. STROLLERS are allowed. NO PETS ALLOWED. Service animals specifically trained to aid person with a disability are welcome.

Nationwide Arena is open to spectators during the 5th Line 5K, with seating available in Sections 113-116 beginning at 9 a.m.

The 5th Line 5K Race is CHIP TIMED, so your starting time will not begin until you cross the Start Line.

Your bib will have a tear off section at the bottom marked GEAR CHECK. Please safety pin this tear off section to your gear bag before checking your bag into Gear Check on Race Day. Gear Check will be located inside Nationwide Arena.

Race Day Updates on The 5th Line 5K Race will be posted on the M3S Sports Instagram page at www.instagram.com/M3SSports and M3S Sports Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/M3SSports. Please follow the page for last-minute instructions and news.

Weather forecasts will be monitored prior to the event paying special attention to the possibility of heavy snow, high winds and extreme cold temperatures. Athletes will be made aware of these forecasts on the website (www.the5thline5k.com) and the M3S Sports Facebook starting at midnight the night before and on race day so that participants can properly prepare for severe weather during the race as well as possible course alterations. Severe weather updates will also be sent to participants via email and social media as necessary.

The Race Director and local Public Safety officers will monitor the weather and make a decision if any action will be taken to modify the race. Possible changes include: altering the start time for the race or in extreme situations, cancellation of the event. Please listen closely to all public address announcements at the starting line of the race.

Race personnel reserve the right to delay, cancel, or suspend the race due to inclement weather.
